Got in a couple of days ago and finaly, maybe, got this pic fixed.
17.5" blade of 5160 triple quenched, brass gaurd and dymondwood handle. This was a father's day present for my father to carry in his Scout to clear brush and small trees while on the farm. It was forged to shape and the only clean up was on the edge which was left a little thick for heat treat. It is a full 1/4" at the ricasso and tapers to about 1/8 at the point, even then it is heavy and will go through a 4" sappling with one stroke if hit right.
