75$ Now theres a deal! Wrap that in some Pugs britches and done deal:thumbup: Thats a beefy Balance. Almost 2:1.

Am I the last shark in the water? Reminds me of the time my son and I were swimming around underwater with a school of fish just off the beach. We came up for air together and looked toward the beach and there was a crowd of people onshore almost all of them were looking and pointing at us. We couldn figure out why everyone on the beach was looking and pointing and no one was in the water? Then I heard someone say shark:eek: Well thats what I feel like now! Oh and you can walk on water...

Your ears burnin yet Pugs?

I'm thinking the same thing, there's at least three of us, Auntie, you and I. I hear some of my coworkers so a few others who don't matter since they ain't into HI knives yet.

Same holds true with Grizzly bears I'm told, I've often wanted to give it a try, could be an honest to goodness miracle.

Looks like just you and me, you want to arm wrestle for it?

What a deal! Someone is going to get lucky today! Just need some Pugs pants and JW Karda/Chakma, and it's all good!

perfect length to weight ratio. Yangdu's best buy for sure! I wish I could gum this one. Congratulations to the lucky owner:thumbup:

It has a very nice blade shape. It reminds me of a really pointy WW2. Very nice rig that just needs a $15 dollar piece of kydex for the sheath.

Ok, where's guruguru, the unrestrained, unmarried guy?

Lets all play match maker here shall we. We can fix him up with an anchor er wife for sure.

This would make a great blade for those wanting a CAK. It about the same length/weight. They are normally lighter I thought? This one is a beast!

It's been a few years Yangdu. Email sent.

Roger! That blade just aint right for you man! What? Hmmm...oh some subliminal or subminimal voices in my head are telling me im wrong:D
Thats was a sweet deal! Congrats and Welcome back!

When I say a few years I mean 5. Couldn't believe I saw a kumar khuk.

Used to be a big closet queen collector. Everything renaisssance waxed. Boxed and recorded. Maybe if I can take a few pics I can show some good stuff from 2000-2004.

I was such a fanboy I got all nervous to call Uncle Bill the first time.

Feels good to have another triangle box.

There have been a few cases where HIKV has gone dormant a few years then kicks back in with a fury but not many:D Great to have you back and I think id be speaking for a lot of us when I say wed love to see some pics! Bill passed before I joined the forum but sure wish I could have known him. His legacy lives on here for sure. Aunti is still doing a great job keeping it all going.

I'd love love love to see some of those mentioned pictures.

One of my biggest dissapointments in life was finding HI too late to interact with Uncle Bill. I feel horribly cheated by missing out on that.

I do feel somewhat compensated in that I was blessed with the opportunity to meet his young bride Auntie live and in person. An experience I'll cherish as long as I'm drawing air into my lungs and something I hope to do again sooner the better.

, Me too, I've been trying to meet up with auntie every time I go to Reno, but she is so busy, and I always go up spur of the moment, so auntie never has had any heads up, but maybe this Labor Day weekend for Ribfest 2015, we'll be able to plan ahead to do a meet and greet.

My little brother lives in Vegas. Maybe we should make arrangements to all meet on the same day at aunties. Three or four guys with wallets full of cash should be an attractive proposition.

That sounds like fun.

I am sure auntie would just be happy to finally be meeting everyone.

She just needs a few days notice, so that she can plan her schedule.

Would definitely want to run this by her first. She's a fine and proper lady and the idea of a bus full of full grown men visiting all at once seeking knives might be a bit overwelming.

A nicer lady you'll never find but perhaps a bit timid and shy. She may be all for it but I'd check first.

Now wait a minute! Three or four guys with a wallet full of cash going to Vegas:eek: Somehow i doubt they would ever make it Reno. They better do the Reno part first:D Id fly to Vegas but id have to find a way to Reno. Guess I could take the subway right? Aint that what city folk do?
