One chunky Emerson REDUX

Just wanted to share some more pics from my M-15 that was pimped by ferrrk. It just came back from SOT for stonewashing today. I also polished the hardware. Everything really came together with this knife.
Excuse the black spots on the knife. That's some of the tumbling media that I haven't cleaned off yet.

that's fantastic. I really like the fact that Emerson is now offering the stonewashed finish (looks like satin on the bevels even...).
 
The tumbled Ti bits do look good :):thumbup:

I might have been tempted to tumble or beadblast the clip and screws too.
Steel always takes a different finished look than Ti though so you may well
have made the right choice with the polish.
 
I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with the steel stuff. I figured polished look is the best thing because that's one thing I can do myself and not have to send out. Fine beadblasting would have been my second choice.
 
How do you sharpen that concave edge? I've always shied away from those blade shapes just cause I don't know how to sharpen them at home. As a matter of fact, I don't see how you can sharpen it on a belt sander.
