Just delivered this one for a long time friend here. The fringe on the sheath is deer skin, and the wife whipped up a nice deerskin lanyard for it as well. :) Paracord went the way of the dinosaur.

and finally, with the lanyard attached.

The fringe is hand cut from a solid piece of skin, a real bear to do but the effect is much better than that machine cut stuff. Stretching each strand makes for that nifty flowing effect.

Great looking sheath!! I like it lots.

Easy on the paracord...I just took delivery of my first spool....nobody told my it was out of style....no wonder I got it so cheap!!

oh no! I am soooo sorry my freind! Paracord is so last year! :p

Leather is the new black! ;)

Thank you for the comments though. :)

Thank you! I love that knife. :)

If you love it so much, why not show it to us??

It's in the hands of the owner now. :o I really need to start showing the knife as well, I'm not in the habit of doing that. Hopefully the owner will chime in and take a pic of it?

i am proud to say this fine sheath is mine--my friend dwayne makes some awsome sheaths--this Landi has a smile on it's face right now--:D

WOW...that avatar picture of Y-it-erp looks like Kurt Russell!!

here's a couple pics of the knife--:D

Hey Yiterp, those pics bring back some 'recent' memories. I built that knife late fall of 2007, it was my 5th or 6th knife constructed. I sold it winter of 2008...

Thanks for posting.
