Got this one just sent off to Scott Teaschner for some of his leather magic!
It will be quite admirable I am certain.
I'll be sure to post up some more pics when I get the sheath back.
The Bowie is for a delivery in Little Rock to some chap from England. ;)
W2 Bowie blade with a nice hamon, mild steel hot-blued Lazy "S" guard and an ultra fantastic piece of Ironwood! Wish I had a basket of this laying around!
Might be the nicest piece of Ironwood I've ever used.

Karl, I will sure look forward to collecting this knife from you. It is everything I expected and more. The best piece of DI I have seen in a while, beautiful hamon, nice long clip as requested and I just love the blued guard, in all fantastic knife. Also look forward to seeing what Scott comes up with.

Look forward to collecting this one and several more in Little Rock. See ya all there!!

WOW!! STUNNING Karl.

I like everything about that, especially the highly figured ironwood blued guard combination!

Karl, that one really does it for me. Great shape, great ironwood, great hamon. I look forward to seeing it. BIG thumbs up.
Brion

Thats really nice and has a great overall flow. Nice work on the blued guard and comfy looking handle.

Great looking Bowie, Karl.
Blued guard classes it up, imo, and the DI is just gorgeous.

Very Nice knife Killer Hamon. I like the Iron wood, you are right very nice piece. Wish I was going to the Arkansas show.

Steve

Thanks, everyone, for the kind words.
Bruce, I do look forward to meeting you.
Something I've been anticipating for a while.

Yes me too. I don't get away from Wally Wally very often anymore so this is a real treat to meet you and some other forumite maker friends.

I think Brion said it best. Great DI, hamon, and lines but the shaping of the guard is the real eye catcher for me. Well done.
