One for my DIL

I made this for my daughter-in-law. It is a trout fillet style blade that I felt would be a good smaller knife for the kitchen.

10-3/4" OL
6" blade
1/16" ATS-34 Flat Ground (left pretty stiff for kitchen use)
Red Linen Micarta Scales
Black Micarta pins 3/16"
Satin Finish to 600 grit

What do you think?

I have yet to try to make a fillet knife. I really like the looks of yours. The black micarta pins add a simple but nice contrast. look forward to seeing more.
