This is my first completed knife of the year, The handle is resin bonded duck cloth, Orange, yellow, green and Blue. The blade is saw steel with temper line.
The blade is 3 inches with a 6 1/2 overall length
Sheath is a 2 window inlay of denum
I took the inspiration for the handle from my wifes birds (Sun Conuers).

Hope you like it, thanks for looking

did you know they live to be about 50 to 60 plus years (or more!)

They were in the house to start with...that was crazy! noisy AND messy...about 3 years ago I convinced her to move them outside..found a nice greenhouse kit to put together with barn doors on each end and moved them out on the side of house...

Whew..I still pinch myself to see if its a dream that I got them outside:D

(she was always worried about the birds catching bird flu or something)

anyway...BACK to knives.....that is a cool knife you made her..looks very handy and she has got to like that handle....

These are expected to live for 25 years, I got them for my wife so I didn't have to have a dog or a cat, SOB, should have gone for the cat, at least they run away once in a while:rolleyes:

Thanks again
