One for San Antonio

Here is one i just finished for the ABS show in San Antonio. 6.5" blade of damascus with a ss guard and pin with some cocobolo for the handle.

Thanks Mike, getting to spend some time with Tim Hancock definately helped me improve some of the "little" things.

The lines on the ricasso, crisp and square show a Hancock influence along with the other details I mentioned. I wish I could afford some of his shop time. I'm jealous, good for you.
 
Not at Tim's shop at Josh Smith's big sky conference. This is why i can't recommend josh's conference enough. Last year forgeing with Don Fogg this year grinding and finishing with Tim Hancock, it don't get much better. Oh yeah that Dunkerly guy did some pretty neat stuff with damascus this year too.

Nice job Erik! Thanks for the "plug" as well.

It's great to see some of the San Antonio knives being posted. Hopefully others will follow your lead. I plan on posting a couple once I have photos. You should have success with it and all the hunters attending the Expo. Great job Erik!
