I'm looking for a one hand open pocket knife that has bone or stag handles. I saw the Case mid Hunter, but I want something with a larger blade. Anybody have any ideas?

Here's a Canal Street lock back. You can pinch drop it open and close with one hand. Bone handle.

The Mackinac has plastic scales (fake stag).

Bone or stag handle scales can often be made for modern one-hand-opening folders.

Also, knives that are not made to be opened with one hand can often be easily converted to one-hand-opening by installing a thumbstud in the blade. This is a relatively simple process of using a carbide drill bit, and a drill press to drill a small hole in the blade to accommodate a screw-in thumbstud. There are a variety of thumbstuds available (sizes, shapes, styles) and they are very inexpensive. Sometimes it's necessary to grind/file away a groove in the handle scale to allow easy thumb access to the thumbstud.

EDIT- I was browsing AG Russell's website, and I noticed three folders with stag or bone handles designed for one-hand-opening- Maserin Starlight, CRKT M4-02, Boker TrapperLiner. All of them have blades 3" or longer.

Instead of drilling a blade, just get a Kwik-Stud. Attaches to the blade with an Allen wrench. Can find them on that auction site and several online dealers. Two sizes, most use a small, but there is also a large version - both inexpensive.

The new K12 from AG Russell has a white bone handle option.

And Wife bought me a Maserin Arno folder in stag, and it's really well made.
