ONE hand opening SAK fireman

My local Walmart has some Victorinox OH firemen. I bought one ,took it home only to notice when the seatbelt cutter was open, it made the backspring stick way out from the frame. I figured it was misfit and took it back to exchange . the only other one they had was the same. Is this the way they all are or was I just having bad luck at the local Wally world?

I picked one of these up at Walmart a few months ago, and mine is the exact same way.
I don't believe it's a defect, and I actually didn't even notice it until you mentioned it.
I wouldn't worry about it.

They carry anymore Vic product at that WM? I can only find Tinkers and Classic SDs when I peruse the "local" Wallyorlds. Given their excellent price point, seems like Wal-Mart would be a good retailer for them.

It is a Canadian Walmart,might make a difference and they were clearing out huntsmen at cost. Walmart ain't a good retailer for anybody
