There are a bunch of EZSTUD openers on sle-bay now if you're interested.

I have the copies but looking to buy some of the US made ones for inspection.

Good price as they set now.

Do they work quite well on the 110's? I just thought I might try one on one of
the newer units I have.

I've been curious about that, too, but I saw some strongly conflicting opinions about stud use on 110s here a while back and decided not to try one at that time.

Just the look of them on a 110 is a bit of a negative for me.

Well I did put a bid on one so we'll see if I get it how it works out. I'm more curious
about how it will work on say a one-ten than putting them on all my knives. I'd never
put one on my vintage knives.

I've had one (different maker) on my 110 for about 2 years now. Works great, no issues with it except may hang up on a tight or custom sheath.

I like them on daily users.

The $20 buy it now is for 10 of them, not one unless I mis-read it.

Thanks for the maker's link! Hard to find a good source for them and guys are often asking about them.

I have the stud on my 186 take apart. I love it.:D.. The blade is a BG-42 and it goes with me everywhere until I can find/buy the TOPS/BUCK collaberation tanto..

Got mine this week. He gave me two more (8) as I asked about the price difference between the Ebay lsiting and his site ( same dealer). They are not as good as the old ones that were around for years, but worth the price. They don't have the "slots" cut in the top to add to your grip the old ones did, and they are a bit less quality. Still in all I would reccomend them....

I won 2 off of ebay and got them today. They are good for the money and made in the US which I like.

I have some off shore ones which have the grooves in the top for better traction but not sure if it makes a big difference or not yet. Good buy for the price and would be an easy project to put some grooves in it if that is needed.

My old ones were from Cananda. Not sure if those are the off shore ones you have. I do like them....
