One handed sharpening

Lost use of left hand. Looking for something to help sharpen. Can't hold or feel anything with left hand. Not looking for a mirror polish. Can't afford a wicked edge, viper edge pro, kme. Suggestions? Sharpmaker, Thanks for the help.

The sharpmaker base has holes to mount it to a table

Could use one of those rubber based sharpening stone holders (like for holding water stones) and use your existing stones. Keeps it from sliding.
