Ive been getting heavy into metal detecting this year. Been finding lots of good stuff in the woods. The One Handed Trekker has emerged as the knife to carry. Often I have to clear the area before retrieving a target and the OHTs job is to remove saplings and limbs. Once in the ground there are roots to be removed. The saw on this tool makes it an easy task. Today in between digging silver dimes I had to use the tweezers to remove splinters twice. When I bought the knife I could not find a niche for it being to big and bulky for edc, but for metal detecting it is the proper tool.
