I have not posted here in a while been doing mostly my standard knives. Here is a new one I tried something a little different then my normal. Hope you like it . It is hand made from 3/16" 1095 full tang, full flat grind, edge quenched and triple tempered. The cutting edge is 5 & 1/4" and overall it is 10 & 1/8". The blade is etched and shows the quench lines. The handles are stabilized Maple burl left over from other knives and is from Burl Source, the back part of the handles are presentation Honey horn. There are two 3/16" brass pins and a nice piece of 1/4" mosaic with just a touch of red liner. Thanks for looking Doug

I like the contrast between the different materials in the handle as well. Great looking knife.

Thanks for the compliments, that is the last of that sample block. Keep putting out that nice burl. I will be back for some soon. Doug

That looks very nice. The lines flow nicely. It appears to have a good balance.

Love the handles. The contrast between the woods is verynice and the little bit of red gives it some "pop."
