Well this is one I finished up today. POsted in the shop talk area but curious what you guys think. Criticism is welcomed!

This knife is a carbon steel blade with a forced patina on the back. Its is ground on both sides and meant as a allaround good general purpose kitchen knife.

Steel - 1/8" thick 1084
Handle material - Gaboon Ebony, Copper,& stabalized Hawaiian Koa
Length - 14"
Handle length - 5 1/2"
Blade length - 8 1/2" (7 3/4" cutting edge)

Thanks! When it comes to kitchen knives I definetly look up to you and some of those damascus beauties you make! SO coming from you means even more to me!!!

Thank you! For the past couple years seemed like I was makign mostly EDC's and hunters but lately can't stop working on different kitchen designs! They are so fun and knowing they get used a lot is a nice thought too.
