While i am a fairly new maker, and got a long way to go, i must say i was very pleased and i guess a lil proud of this one:o .

So i am posting some pics of a knife i already posted , to show the leather work, it was done by Robert Jones of www.handsewnleather.com . Robert has been doing all of my leather work lately, and by the work i have been recieving from him, I can say he'll be doing alot more in the future.

I guess I should add, the knife is a wrought iron and w1 san mai, frame and fittings are textured wrought iron and scales are carved ebony---andrew
 
You should be proud of that as the maker. I know I would be if I were the owner.
 
Very nice, Andrew. Caffrey connection? Convex or V-grind?

I like the crossdraw sheath as well.

i think the only connection would be that he to has done textured handles......which btw blow this away!! :)

Really nice bowie and sheath combo Andy. I havent seen the marriage of W1 and wrought iron before. Do you have a close up of the blade? Should be interesting to see.

That's a beut, Andrew. I was trying to find a specific part I liked best to comment on, but the whole knife is just awesomely put together. Love it.
