I have made arrangements to pick this 110 up tomorrow, Found it on an internet list of local sales. This is my first 110 1 line, anyone have an idea of age with Buck at pivot rather then along the spine? 3r23Kc3G15G65sb5M2d6d8bb4d35e6b511cd8.jpg 3G33Ff3Mb5ra5F65Jfd6db7b4051a589c1700.jpg

Try as I might I can not get the close up of the pivot to enlarge, sorry

Wow 375dave,

I just scored my first 1 line 110 this week also. Need to see a better photo of your tang stamp. Looks to be a third version, variation 1 or 2. If it has a dot after the one line "Buck*" it would be a variation #1. If it has no dot after the one line "Buck" it would be a #2 variation. As luck would have it mine has the top part of the stamp under the bolster so I can't tell if it has a dot or not:(.

I went brain dead, must be the heat. Then I remembered Joe's sticky note, 1967 I think. I'll post more pic's when I have it in hand. I picked up a well worn 118 1 line about a month ago. Take some time.

Good to see you here Brother Dave! Post some photo's when you get it. The one I just got was a user, dings in the brass & wood, blade has been sharpened more than a few times also. But, it still locks up as tight as a new 110. Buck sure hit a home run with the 110;).

Third Version, Variation 2 (1967)7 Perfect for the wall.Waited all day but it was worth it. I paid a half a bill and would do it again, the kid I purchased it from just wanted someone to appreciate his Dad's knife. Hard to see the other bolster pins. Can only see the one on the pivot end.
