One million dollar knife!!!

Hmmmm. I wouldn't have guessed that million dollar knives would be made out of chainsaw bars.

I would have to say that a million dollar knife would be the kind of thing I only expect to see in very early April... or with an image of the Virgin Mary staring back at me in the textures of the antique damascus blade.

It is only worth what one is willing to pay. And as one can see no one paid $1,000,000 so it is not worth that much, any fool can ask any price, but well he get it?

I think some of you missed the part about the handle: "Grip is of walnut, bedded in epoxy". Some of the more discerning pakka wood collectors are going to line up in a bidding war over that one.

Man, I was mad when a POSTAL EMPLOYEE stole my 2200$ Turnbull knife. (Sorry scum) but loosing or breaking a million dollar knife would be seriously depressing.

Maybe we should raise some dough for him. I have a Strider neck knife that 'll auction. Opening bid 300,000$.

Every little bit helps.

"The seller ended this listing early because the item was lost or broken"

This is exactly what I suspect will happen whenever someone attempts to use a
$1,000,000.00 dollar knife. Happens to me all the time!!!!!!:D

Probably mass-produced in Taiwan or Pakistan....:p

He'll probably superglue it back together and lower the bid price down to only $900,000, with a "Buy It Now" price of $950,000.:D.

No, no.

If it's now bedded in SUPERglue instead of just epoxy, then it'd be worth more.

IMHO, the whole thing is am insurance scam. The knife is put on eBay thus establishing its worth annd then it mysteriously vanishes. Hmmm. Yeah, Zurich Underwritters is gonna be writting a big check on this one.
