Well, after a little "swapping" going on, here is the 312 I ended up with!

The one in the first post, I got from Ebay, which had the Professional Rodeo & Cowboy Association logo on the blade. One of my fellow forum members was looking for one, and al I wanted was a 312 and didn't care about the logo, so we did a swap for this 1990 312.

Yes, a 312 with screwdrive blade just about did me in....hohohaha...Maybe I am getting too involved with this ....addiction ...? Thank goodness I have the forum folks here to keep me grounded and not let me get in over my head.........

To answer CT. The 314 was longer than the 312 blades, believe it or not I cannot quote the length of the 314 vs the old 311. The 311s were at least as long but weak in the pivot pin area. Prone to break under pressure. To be totally anal but accurate, the longest bladed 3XX would the the 317. 300$s

To answer CT. The 314 was longer than the 312 blades, believe it or not I cannot quote the length of the 314 vs the old 311.

I actually have both knives AND a tape measure on my desk, so here ya go!
