One More Thought/Question for NYC Residents?

When living in NYC, is there any limit on the number of knives you own. For example, it seems that most of us (being knife nuts), own more than one or two, or fifty knives.....and so on and so on........

But lets say that all of the knives we own are single edge, NO autos, butterflys, bayonets, ballistas, etc. and as such are only used/transported when fishing , hunting, etc.

Perhaps it is a dumb question, but would the law frown upon the number you own?

No limit, but as with everything there maybe more investigation due to a large number of "weapons". With legal handguns, the city requires a safe for more than three handguns on a permit. There is no limit on the number of rifles/shotguns so long as you have a permit. Based on those facts I would say any number of knives is Ok but if you have kids keep them under lock and key. The only reference in the law to the number of weapons is for handguns and that states that more than twenty illegal guns owned shows intent to sell.

Thanks Tom!

Yes, all of my knives are locked up with my legally owned hunting rifles.

I don't know.........maybe I just worry about this stuff too much.
