hey guys. Been a little while since I posted up in here but I've got some new work that I'm fairly proud of. I've been trading some stuff with a guy in Vancouver, WA for some sets of stabilized burl wood and have been really happy with the results. Its my first time working with stabilized wood and have really been enjoying it.

So here is the MACK. Its the Massive Attack Camp Knife.

This one is my take on a bushcraft knife.

Thanks for checking out my knives y'all. What do ya think?

The grinds and shapes are good.

1. I like tapered tangs.

2. I really like thong tubes.

3. Not so crazy about the voids in the burl on the big camp.....if I was the customer I would pass on that....the wood is not unique enough to justify it, imo.

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

I don't know about the voids but the burl is gorgeous on that camp knife. It reminds me of van Gogh's "Starry Night."

They look great. I kind of like the look of the voids but see how others might not. Just make sure you wear a good respirator with all wood of course but especially with stabilized wood.

HA! Thats awesome, Thanks you!

And I've become a freak about wearing my respirator. ITs gotten to the point where I put it on before I even go in the shop.
