I just checked my calendar, and sure enough a week from today will be 8 weeks from when I ordered my TG! I am hoping that Busse comes through, because 4 more weeks of waiting would be torture!

I'm a little bit apprehensive about my handle choice, because I have never been a big fan of black paper. I figured this time I'd mix things up a bit and try out a new handle material. Other than linen, canvas is definitely my favorite handle material. I usually get Jungle with black canvas, but this go around I went with Tanker and BP. I suppose if I don't like paper, I could always order another one :D. Like many others, I love the look of the tan & black G-10, but really don't like the feel of it, especially on larger blades.

Anyone else as excited as I am for the TGLBS?
 
I am pumped, went with Pumpkin/Black, I have an original TG with canvas handles so I thought pretty with this order
 
Tom! That's awesome!! Can you make me one too? I have seen your work and I really like it.

Silverbullets, sounds like a good combo to me. Just out of curiosity, did you buy it with pumpkin because of the look, or because you prefer G-10?

It must be me, but I really can't stand the feel of G-10 for whatever reason.

I bought it because of the look, I have an original in canvas for a user. I do use leather gloves though when working with these so even though micarta makes for a better user the G10 swings just fine

I went for jungle green w/black g10 this time because it immediately came to mind when they went up on the site. I'm a little unsure of the black g10 on this one but decided to switch it up a little this go around... -and not torture the poor ladies in the office with 3 color changes for a one knife order process! :o

The good news is that it will be a wicked beast of a blade and the wait is almost over :D:thumbup:

Yes i really want to know whats happening..

Its been a long time and i really want to go camping and use this knife.. or at least cut up the cardboard box it comes in
