One nasty cold

Last week I thought I had the flu, I had all the symptoms and it was bad, turns out, I didn't have the flu, I had a cold. This was one nasty cold though, I started feeling a little sick monday night, still just a little sick tuesday morning, felt really bad tuesday night, felt aweful wednesday morning, slept from noon wednesday to sunday night. Still a little sick on monday morning, developed a bad cough monday afternoon, cough didn't go away yesterday, had to go to the doctor today, because the cough was swelling up my throat, now it's infected and I've got to take these big quarter sized antibiotics. I think it's safe to say at this point, that I'm having a bad week. This bug is bad, everyone else in the house has caught it, though not as bad as me yet, and I mean everyone else in the house, the cat caught it last week, and now it appears that the dog's got it. The swine flu's got nothing on this cold.

EXACTLY the same here, even the same days! Today is the first day I feel OK - guess the antibiotics are kicking in.
Mine turned into a sinus infection.
