One of 1st (2) in USA

Kind of a neat story from 2014. (Will keep it short)
Met the folks from Reate knives in early 2014.
Helped hook them up with KW and Blueridge for future US sales.
2 samples were sent, (1) s30v & (1) M390.
I picked the M390. No charge for my efforts, but got a free knife.
The neat thing as they were so early and samples, there is no country
of origin is on the blade. Box is blank with some paperwork inside about
the Co. and the knife. Its #45. I wonder if its the 45th knife made?
Or of this model? etc.
Cappy cell phone pic's. Beautiful knife. Smooth as a custom.
Anyway, this seemed the right place to post this.

Always cool to see the original model. I had #38 of the Horizon A model which I ordered direct from David. Sold it 2 years ago, and regret selling it of course.

I still own #77. It still is one of my favorite folders. Mine has a little different pivot as the one in the pics in the first post. It has a smooth pivot (so without the grooves) which is anodized blue. Btw the lanyard with blue bead was not original but made by me.
