One-of-a-kind large Sebenza

Barry,
I like the modifications, very functional ideas.

My CRK Sebenza's all have the clip removed for the identical reason you modified your own knife.

I definitely like the idea of tip down carry. Does the clip hinder the lock-up at all?

Thanks for the positive comments. Nathan, if anything, my grip engages the lock bar better now than before. With liner locks, I have a tendency to diengage the lock with firm pressure on the grip. My forefinger presses the lock bar away from the blade. And I think that's one of the inherant faults of liner locks. Whereas, the Sebenza's lock only gets better as you hold on to the knife harder.

Hermie,
USN is Usual Suspects Forum, another new, and excellent knife forum. Many members there post here as well. As far as I know, sign-up is free (it was for me)
Many of the current members there got their start on BF's Strider and Emerson page. Check it out! It's fun.

Aaach! What the hell have you done Barry? Geez, thought I was nuts sending mine out to have the innards all polished and reworked, the blade hardchromed and the thumbstud area opened up, the edges softened and the handle retextured, but sheesh, you chopped a buncha holes innit!

Very pretty indeed, even if it does carry upside down now!

BTW, I am thinking of running north next month for a few days and also over the fourth, we oughta meet up at Dixie's for a couple-a.

Parker!
If you're driving up, bring some hardware. And does Dixie's know when you're comin'? Better make sure they have enough on hand.:)

By the way, check your mail.
