I have handled my fair share of knives, served in IDF and recently have given a DUSTAR knife to a fellow veteran SADF RECCE operator, who said it was an honor to receive it.
I go ahead and show you my DUSTAR "Magen" knives. Battle proven - end of sentence.

(yeah, yeah, you boys can laugh about the D2 steel, the average design, me being an Israeli fanboy, and show me your nice little upscale rich-kid "superior-design-and-material" custom-made pieces to which you give pet-names )

Not for normal prices anymore. For inflated ones. I wrote my first post on this forum not so long ago about this knife-maker, but got a lot of flak for some reason I can't understand.

Sweet looking blades! I think D2 is one of the better tool steels, when I worked in a toolroom it was our go to material for hard use piercing and cutting dies. Only thing I can think that we used superior to it was carbide
