Just finished this up this afternoon. It is going to a nice home in CT. Blade is 2 3/4 in long made of Devin Thomas ladder pattern stainless damascus. Bolsters are mosaic damascus made by Doug Ponzio. Scales are beautiful mammoth ivory with nice natural cracking on the surface. Liners are titanium that have been anidized dark blue. Backbar and liners are fully fileworked as are the screws and thumbstud. Smooth action, one of my nicest pieces yet I think!
Thanks for looking,
Chuck

Yup, that one is special! Nice combination all-around, and the scales are magnificent!

It's refreshing and important to have a maker excited about their own work. No guessing about your interest!! Keep 'em coming, Chuck!

I am sure the buyer will love it. The combination of materials if wonderful. Everything seems to match perfectly. That is really nice ivory. I am starting to like the brown colored mammoth ivory every bit as much as the blue. Those cracks give it that great barky look and a very nice feel.

Oh Man, Chuck I can't wait to meet you tomorrow to take delivery of this beautiful knife - my first custom folder!!!! It has been a joy working with you on the design of this piece. You are a true gentleman and artist. I too, appreciate your enthusiasm and skill. See you at the spot.

Best,

Chuck,

I love my knife. It is the nicest knife I have ever held (including those $2,000 models at NYC knife show). I've been showing it off a lot and am happy to report that even non-knife nuts are impressed with the art of the knife. Thanks again and please keep me informed as new ones come together in your shop. Best,

PJG
