I thought I'd post a couple of pictures of one of my favorites. It's an AG 110 with the logo removed and rehandled in mammoth tooth. I don't know who did the work, but I can't fault it.

Very nice:thumbup:,don't have any mammoth tooth knives:Dyet.
I do have a couple of AG in stag and mammoth tusk....I left the logo on
just like the Ram.

Thanks, I like the logo also. I have a couple other AG's in stag and one in wood. I'd never remove it from them. Whoever rehandled this one took if off I assume.

Nice One Plum!!

I put some Gabon ebony on my AG and also took the decal off. I've had a change of heart and wish I hadn't. g

There is a solution to this Flatlander. You need to get more Gabon Ebony and another AG with the logo. You can have both!

334dave,

'Nice tooth!' sounds like a comment heard at a Willie Nelson or Hank, Jr. concert. Of course, 'Neat scales!' could be from an Ozzie concert... 'Nice blade!' from a rapper, etc.

I like the knife and the choice of scales... but I wonder if removing that AG logo leaves a vestige of it behind - or takes away some of the Ti-N blackish coating? I can't bring myself to the point of trying that with mine.

You've read my mind. Here is the one I took the decal off on and a BP110 I put Bocote on. I didn't have a buffer at the time so these older pics are before the high polish on the brass.

PlumDave,

Did you find this MT110 on FleeBay? The more I look at the knife the more I think its one of the best looking 110s I've ever seen. Congrats on a great find. g
