Don't see many pics of the NARK so I thought I would show mine.

Green with green linen. Glad I got this one when I did as they just don't seem to come up very often anymore.

Anybody else have a NARK?

Garth

Yup! I still have mine! :) The NARK is so ugly its cute. :p

There was a very limited run of Satin Narks. By my memory there were four handle slab options offered on them with about eight knives offered in each color.
These numbers may be off a little, though.

Mine is my old favorite satin/black canvas.

Yes! Skunk had "Presentation Grade" NARK's for a little while. I had one with green linen, very pretty scales with the machining.

The stock was a little thinner iirc.

I do miss that one. :(

I have always loved the design of the Nark. The drop point makes for a great stabbing ability and the serrated spine is ideal for splitting ribs or the atlas joint in the neck. For me I would love to keep the over all size of the Nark but have one in a choil-less design which gave more edge to work with right up to the lower talon hole. This type of design would be very useful for a smaller webbing combat knife. The serrated spine would let you do a lot of heavy work which would enable the main blade to be preserved. Tin opening or battoning through wire are good examples. I would like a knife like that as an inverted carry knife to pair with a machete or a khukri - if I were 20 years younger and still operative.

HAHAHAHAHA. Just spit all over my computer.

Would love to get my hands on a satin/green linen Nark.

Garth
oooooh! Might have to work on getting mine back! How much is it worth to you? :p

The NARK is an awesome knife, maybe someday I'll be lucky enough to get my hands on one of them.

Thank you for sharing, Garth! Nice looking Nark you have there.
