One of the first knives that I can remember getting as a youngster. Not sure of model, but it's a sharp fixed blade of early to mid-80's vintage, blade is 6", molded rubber handle and a camo canvas sheath. Blade steel is 440 Japan. Pretty decent knife, sheath is still in great condition surprisingly. Anyone else remember having one? Obligatory pics.

I remember seeing those when I first got into buying knives, that and similar looking Kershaw fixed blade caught my eye, then the Buck 119.

I have seen one of these before, it's basically a knockoff of the rubber handled Buck 119.

I've had some 440 JAPAN knives and I could not get much of an edge on them, but I know it can be a mixed bag much like a lot of things.

Early to mid 80's, had to be a tactical survival knife for me to be interested in it back then. Those were the Rambo days....
