I really debated for a while as to whether I wanted to post these crappy pictures here or not, but until I can sharpen my abilities in this area , these will have to do. Handle is bear jaw w/ rawhide wrapped patterned copper bolster.5" blade of Chad Nichols Firestorm twist damascus,9 1/2" OAL. Sheath is rawhide over veg-tan w/ deerskin fringe,quilled wheel, tin cones, horse hair,copper tacks, feathers, and antique trade beads. Display stand is deer antler and driftwood rescued from the banks of the Ms. river at Rosedale, Ms.

I really like frontier style knives. You did a great job on both the knife and the sheath. That last photo really sucks. :D

Thanks Chuck! Coming from you, that means a lot to me, since you are one of my heros in this field. It was a phone call to you several years ago that got me on the right track to working with rawhide, and for that I will always be grateful!! Than you also for your help with the pics. You really did a lot for them!:thumbup:
