One of The Reasons For Filleting Fish

The most recent article I wrote is on one of the reasons for filletin' fishes. In all honesty, I wrote it primarily from a single parenting perspective, and of minimizing messes and housework and maximizing time for other things. However, at a time when people are staying in more and some people are making cleaning supplies harder to acquire, and when some people are going camping to simply get away from cities since their jobs are closed for a month, the hygienic helpfulness of filleting can come in handy in other ways as well.
