Woke up at 5AM today to 2-3 feet of snow overnight. Pull the cord on the snowblower and it rips and doesn't start. Rope broken. Fire up ATV with plow on it and get stuck in the deep snow which is heavy and fine. Come inside for coffee and re-gather mindset.
Get ATV pulled out and battery is dead on it. Finally get her charged up and get snow cleared and this afternoon the 4WD on the Blazer stops working.
So my question is what do you think might be better? Rum and Coke tonight or a few beers?

Hey my day had been the same ! Got up and was looking on the net what to spend my christmas money on when my wife phoned me from work.Said she'd seen a wet patch under my car....one trip to the garage later and I'm looking at a $500 bill for new water pump and flush.....looks like I don't have to decide what to spend it on now eh !!!!

I don't know about you guys but Snow seems like a good guy to me.
He has really good taste in knives too.
Perhaps he gave you a cold shoulder?

After three cancelled orders in one hour, I`ve been doing Bloody Marys. Today sucked!

Well....I'll have another coming your way after the Kep so plan on that if you would be so kind.
:)
Want to get a setup for my Son.
After that I keep eyeballing that Scout Jr. of yours in your avatar/pic with the black handles.
Still say you're gonna get me in trouble with my wife John.
;)

I`ve got a Scout Jr. up for sale right now, exactly like it. One of the cancellations.

I feel the pain here too....$600 in tires and coolant system repairs in the last week. And sales are DOWN 50 percent. Just have to wait until spring then painting jobs open up. At least we have each other!

I should knock on wood before saying this but things are going pretty good here. Depending on what the heart tests show on the 30th.

Yeah, been a great week...

Totaled my truck on the way to work, hurt my shoulder, and bruised some ribs, freezing cold, super busy at work, had to cancell my Lee Reeves nessmuk hatchet Ive been waiting for over a year and a half for, which was about ready , since I have to buy a new vehicle. :barf:

Time to raise some pints.

I'm sure glad you weren't seriously hurt. Pickups can be replaced, you cannot.
Take care.

That would be over my dog's heads!

In the past 3 years here, we have not had over a foot and a half at once, and that was over the course of pretty much 12 hours.

Since it's the woderful Christmas season, I ve been working 10 hour days, no breaks, and getting paid for a n 8 hour day.
Wendesday was my day off, and someone called in sick. So, who works with no pay on his day off? That's right, me.

Today is my only day off this week. Not answering the phones. I told everyone I am camping out in the woods in PA, no cell coverage.
