I hope he likes it - I think I went off plan a little - I try to let the knife guide me.

Great man! I have your second sheath dried after wet form. I need to get to the next step. As it is going to be the companion knife, and Andy's knives lend so well to retention in the sheath (that finger dip REALLY holds when wet formed) I am going to leave a little more handle out than normal - is that cool?

I want this knife to get in your hand quick and go back quick. It is a perfect length for SO many chores.

Cool ass stuff. I got the passaround knife back yesterday. First hand knowledge of your sheatyh. Nice Work!

TF, that sounds great man. That's why I paired these two. The Ladyfinger for the fine details, quick slices, etc and the Woodsman for the bigger jobs (and kitchen work when I'm not woodsbumming).
