Getting this one wrapped up. The steel used is some ultra-rare Mike Norris san mai featuring a CPM 420V (S90V) core and raindrop outer laminate. The billet was ~25 years old. That pattern turned out spectacular. Handle is Ivory paper micarta with black g10 bolsters and liners, titanium hardware and a brass mosaic pin. The stock is approximately .120 thick and the edge is SHARP!

Not a fan of white handles but this is beyond that!!!! excellent job 😃

really really nice job! That wild geometric damascus pairs really well with the black and white- the contrast really sets it off. Super interesting steel combo- I am sure that the making of that damascus was no small feat, and an amazing guy who made that stuff, too. You honoured both the material and the maker with this piece.

Honestly, I haven't seen a knife that I wanted to get my hands on in quite some time. This one gives me that ole yearnin' feeling!

Bravo!

I was seriously considering keeping this one for myself.....we'll see.

This one is really stunning Josh! No one could blame you if you kept it!
