Some time ago, on Ebay, I saw a one piece sebenza frame. Not sure who made it but I was interested. Anyone seen one of these or know who makes them?

A one piece sebenza frame hmm, are you talking about scott cook's lochsa?

that should be Scott Cook Lochsa
he used to work for Chris Reeve,
also he made Katahatu while he was working for Reeve,
don`t know what sizes....

The only thing I can think of, and HAS been mentioned, is the Scott Cook Lochsa.

I definitely have not seen this.

Would be easy enough to CNC, but the fully-vented design is one of the things I like most about the Senenza. I thought the Lochsa was kind of a step backwards in that respect.

As with some of the Strider folders' features, the Lochsa was touted as having enhanced rigidity by virtue of its one-piece frame. Seems a little ill-founded, given that even the Sebenza is going to fail at the blade, not the frame if it is pushed to the breaking point.

if the sebenza fails, it will be a busted screw... prolly the stop pin screw. This is the ONE thing I like about the Umnumrumbletoungue.
