One Piece Knife in the movies?

[Chris Reeve Knives]

Does any know in which movie one of our One Piece Knives was used? As far as I can recall, it was a zombie movie (but don't quote me on that) and I believe it was either a Project I or II. Maybe late 1990's, early 2000's. I've tried Google but found nothing so thought I would ask the experts!
