Precursor I am not posting this to get a political debate going or to make it a post to start slamming whomever (except maybe Oprah.)

Here is a link to an article about the newest court ruling finding that it is unconstitutional to ban citizens from owning handguns for self-defense. This case was based out of Chicago (where as I'm sure most all here know banned the ownership of handguns.)
