I bought my first Busse from Guy.......
It is # 14 AfterShock Bolo.
It is my main user and has been beat in to trees, rocks, dirt and the like.
It has never let me down.
I gave it a try after seeing Jerry Busse stand behind his knifes several times.
People would come on here and talk about how they did this or that to their knifes.
It usually involved chopping metal inside a tree or a fence post, and Jerry would fix their knifes for free and then encourage them to take the knife out and beat the snot out of it again.
I thought he was a stand up guy, and I liked that...So I bought one.
My bolo is a Limited Edition knife and came with paper macarta grips.
The first time I used it, it was raining...the grips seemed slick when wet.
One of my first post was asking why.
Not only did Jerry come on here and tell me why, he called me and offered to replace them with the combat grade for free.
(he even paid the shipping)
When the owner of the company calls to make sure your knife is the best it can be for you, then tells you to beat the snot out of it... that means alot to me.
Well.....Jerry is a stand up guy, the knifes are the best, and the people at Busse are great.
Thanks.
As a bonus....I got to make a bunch of new freinds here on the forum.
I have met several of you, and look forward to meeting more of you at Blade.
We'll have a beer and share our best lies.
Until then.....Busse On....
