One year and still going strong.

I got my first CRK (the Sebenza) in early January 2015, and the Umnumzaan two weeks later. So just over a year now, and they are still top dogs in my collection, and are carried and used often. The fact that it's been a year, and I'm still as infatuated with them as I was the day I took them home, says a lot.

As a matter o' fact, The 'Zaan gets carried more than any other knife I have. I love that thing. Just had to change the o rings yesterday, as the originals finally wore out. I guess a year out of one set isn't bad.

Other than that, no problems from either knife. No lock wear, no blade play, just as strong and perfect as the day they were made. Of course that's pretty much what I expected. CRK is the stuff!

Good to hear. My interest has shifted from Busse to Chris Reeve. Still will pick up the occasional big Busse, but received my first Umnumzaan yesterday.

Do like it, but will collect a few more Sebenzas to go with the three currently owned. The Reeve's certainly get carried and used more often than those nine inch bladed Busses. Does this madness never end?

I own one Chris reeve knife. Happens to be a small sebenza 21 plain Jane clip point. I use it every day and have no real need for another folding knife. It's a year old and I still enjoy it the same as when I purchased it new. Thanks for sharing your experience.
