A year ago I started trying to make knives and BladeForums has been an absolutely invaluable resource. I wanted to post a quick thank you and show off a comparison between the knife I brought forth a year ago asking for advice and the same knife I just built for comparison's sake. I've clearly got a lot of work in front of me, but at least I know where to get educated. Everyone has been so helpful. I want to particularly thank Jason Ritchie, Adam Vigil, Stacy, Bill DeShivs, and countless others. This would be a lot harder without generous people like you.

There may still be room to grow, but that's what makes learning so fun! Don't let that pull you down brother. From the pictures, it looks like I'd be proud to carry what you're making now. I hope you're having a great time learning.

Great progress. As every old timer knows, "the devil is in the details". Looks like you have those details well refined.
