I have not tried to access/open any of the online catalogs in awhile. Now, 2nd day in a row - I can only access/open the 2020 catalog. I can not open any other year.

When I try on my fire tablet, this is the response - "Not Found HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found."

When I try on my desktop - windows 10 / firefox - "Not Found HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found."

Is it just me ?

Same on my fire tablet...haven't tried PC yet.

I was so excited to see the old catalogs and then I tried to open them too.... 404 not found :(

I also haven't been able to access the archived catalogs or log in to my account since the new site went active. It actually kept me from buying my new Gunsite directly from Cold Steel. While that ultimately may have benefitted me by saving me a few bucks on the purchase price, it's sad that any company would permit a site to go live without ensuring that everything functioned properly. That those areas still don't work, months later, is downright shameful.

Sorry about that, we're working on a hosting solution for them. When we pulled the old site down it took the catalogs with it. Our new platform isn't as capable in allowing PDF's to be hosted so we're working on a third party solution, hence the 2020 Catalog being on Dropbox for the time being.

Accounts did not carry over, unable to do so.

While that's good to know, it would have been even better to have learned it back when the site launched, or at least as soon as you discovered it. I'm not trying to nitpick or criticize, but sometimes it feels like Cold Steel ignores us here on Blade Forums. I'm not sure if you realize it, but you have some serious fans and customers here who are overlooked routinely.

I, for one, don't use or care about social media, and I only visit the Cold Steel Web site occasionally. I used to rely on the catalogs and flyers (and *gasp* even magazine articles) for Cold Steel news, but now they're gone. If you've got new products, policies, ads, videos, or announcements, it would be nice if we could learn about them here...in this knife subforum dedicated to Cold Steel!

Not all of us are twenty-something kids fixated on our electronic feeds.

P.S. - Just as an example of what I'm talking about, I learned about the existence of the new Gunsite from an offhand remark made by another Forumite. Don't you think a new knife release is worth announcing here?
