Online knife info search engines

I see inquiries here all the time from folks looking for knifemaker contact info. Here are a couple of online resources that really help when looking for that type of info.

The first one is from the Bay Area Knife Collectors website. It's a searchable database using a maker's last name, business name, type of pattern, etc... There are also instructions on submitting the info on makers that are not yet on the list.

The second one is put together by our own Custom Forum moderator, Larry Connelley. It has links to makers' websites, knife auctions, knifemaking classes, forums, magazines, organizations, show calanders, and a whole bunch more. It also has a way to submit new information. It's located at:
