Online order on Spyderco website

There was some problems about my order on the Spyderco online system.
And I mailed to the Spyderco for many times,but there was no reply.
Can anybody help?

I've mailed you and sfo@spyderco.com using my yahoo and msn e-mail address for three times.
Can you help me to check if you have got my mail?

My order No is 10020.
I order two items,but there was only one in my package.

I used the online contact twice to send the message to the Spyderco.com.
And I also used three e-mail account many and many times trying to contact with Spyderco.com.,but there was still no reply.

Hi Shun. I imagine they are quite busy, Christmas and all. There are only 2 people at the store. I'm sure they'll get to you. Perhaps some patience might help?

I have emails on my desk back from early November that I'm still trying to get to. We do our best with the staff we have.
