Has anyone else noticed that. I am not in the market to get one right now, as I just got an rc 4 this week. BUT, I do tend to check out the prices of my favorite online retailers and I cant help but notice that many of them are out of stock or very limited stock. Is there a reason for this. Maybe they havent replenished stock after xmas.

I have heard from two different business owners that they are out of axes, specifically Wetterlings, and one of them said their distributor was out as well.
Strange that axes would be out of stock, don't know what is going on with that.

I usually get my knives from some guy in a big white van. Kidding, but I was referring to the major online retailers that most people on here refer to. I just noticed that the inventory has been spotty, maybe they have one color and not another, or just serrated or are just plain old out of stock on some items. For example, I was looking for a hest- I checked NG, Knifeworks, and knife connection, all were out of stock. Maybe they have restocked since I started this post. I just thought maybe there was a reason for this that I was not aware of.

Just a little fyi since you asked... two things hit retailers after the holidays: end of the year inventory for federal taxes, and paying sales tax which is due in January. Both of these things slow down restocking. I'm sure those lucky souls who made it to SHOT Show were also slowed down on restocking by preparations for that.

Most of the ones I have used seem to have stock.
I just contacted her this morning about making my first RAT purchase. Her response was almost instantaneous via email. While they're out of stock of RC5s, they're ordering today and will have them soon. Super friendly and have heard nothing but positives on ZombieSquad.org.
