I'm from Indonesia and to make it worst my work location (mining site) is on an island far from the capital city
This brings to my question, what online shop (obviously for knives) do you recommend based on previous experience especially the one that can ship outside US and how much is the shipping cost
The one that I've tried is bestkives.com, but the shipping cost is quite high ($28)
The silly thing is, since I'm not really sure wether the merchandise would arrive or not I must try it first by buying something cheap, for example this happened when I want to buy BM 806D2 (thanks for all your influence
), first I tried the shop by buying Buck Pilot ($23), so for a $23 knife I paid $28 for shipping 
I really hope that I would not have to go by that route anymore, so please post your favourite online shop and the estimate international shipping cost
