I must have been under a rock to not have known about CRKs. Now that I've discovered these gems, I'm up to 9 once the postman arrives today with the one that is out for delivery :D
So at a rate of about 9 a year....in 10 years I should be up to about 90 of 'em ;)
Pics coming!

I share your enthusiam, Lisa. Have you found any particular "flavor" of CRK that you plan to focus on, or just whatever catches your eye? For me, its the early decorated titanium slabs that are the most meaningful. For others it's the annuals, or the ivory inlays, or damascus blades, or plain Seb's over the years, etc, etc..

It's helped me from just wanting EVERYTHING THEY MAKE!

Earlier the better! Would love to try an Umfaan and a Mnandi one of these days, never have held either. I will definitely prefer folders over fixed, so at least I've narrowed it down that far.
Would love to find my niche and zero in on it.

We're slipping down the same slope, I be on plain Ti sebs of all variations.

Eight is apparently not enough.
Anyone care to name them?

Great collection, Lisa. You'll find your focus soon enough on whatever style that is most meaningful to you.

Thanks for looking...you know that one on the top left was my 15 minutes of Chris Reeve fame!
She'll most likely be the last to go should I fall on hard times, which I hope I never do.

You are off to a blazing start, very nice collection so far. I started in 1999 but don't buy nearly as many now as I did those first few years of collecting. I'll keep getting the LE's as long as they keep offering them, and am always looking to see what they come out with next, especially with the Blade Show just around the corner.

Thank you for responding stjames...just yesterday saw your collection photo...very nice
Here's #9, just arrived.

That last one is one of the best I've seen. I'm more a fan of the plain or work type crk's, but #9 and the "tiger grip" sebenza are two of the best I've ever seen. Wow!

Congratulations Lisa. You are building up a very discerning collection.

Well played on that "P" BTW. He announced it was coming so I was sitting there ready to pounce once he posted it. Well DUH, you did the smart thing and sent a PM before so you snatched it from under my nose.

I will race you for a plain large Classic which has been alluding me:D

Thank you lamesalegend...#9 is original...but the "tiger grip" is actually a large Insingo that had its scales pimped with the tiger-type grooves, so not original.

Right! I was right there wanting that P! Didn't know that I had gotten there "just" in time, whew! Racing for a Classic? Challenge accepted! :D LOL

Thank you all for responding....I'm digging this last one. It's only my second damascus version so I'm super stoked!

You've got a great collection! i just found CRK this month, so don't feel too bad, you're a year ahead of me, hhaha. I'm hoping to snag my first CRK this year. There's a fellow forum member in town that said he'd let me see his first before i made the plunge. Which one is your favorite?

That's good to know, I thought I was years behind everyone else.
My favorite is my 1993 ATS-34 Large Sebenza in original box, but I'll never use it....the one I carry is my small Sebenza Insingo.
