Ontario Afghan or ESSE Laswe Strikr???

Seems to me that these two knives are fairly equal.

I can not afford both at this time.

Opinions on which to purchase and why???

ESEE is 1095 steel as is Ontario, both are micarta scales. Is there really any difference?

I had the Afghan. It is a big beefy blade. I think the LS would be a more practical, useful choice.
