Now that you guys are official here, I was wondering if we could get some shots of the spine and grind on the Agilite kitchen series. Specs on spine thickness would be great, too. On paper these sound exciting, but there doesn't seem to be much information about them on the tubes.
 
We'll have a press release soon, but in the meantime, we'll pull together a pretty extensive sneak peek for anyone here on BladeForums. You'll like what you see.
 
To give you an even earlier preview, here's a video we did seeing how the bread knife would work. We had a little fun before hand. Note: the SPAX actually cuts bread pretty well in a pinch, but at that point you're swinging an ax that'll cut a car door into bread, so, you know... be careful.
