Ontario Bagwell Bowie: the Fortress - ???

I love the idea of buying this just for the sheer evil look of the damn thing, however even the home site for Ontario knives doesnt exactly specify the steel and i am not sure about them.

Is this a gimmick or is it a serious quality knife??, i hope it is the latter

Any advice is much appreciated many thanks
